My Story
I am a senior global HR leader with more than a decade of experience partnering with executives across biotech, pharmaceutical, software, and engineering software organizations. I help companies scale thoughtfully by aligning people strategy with business priorities, strengthening organizational effectiveness, and building HR infrastructure that supports growth in complex, multi-country environments.
My work has spanned the Americas, EMEA, APAC, Oceania, South Africa, and Latin America, and I’m especially drawn to roles where I can combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution. Over the years, I’ve developed deep experience in organizational design, workforce planning, leadership coaching, succession planning, HR transformation, and global process harmonization.
How I’ve made an impact
In my current role, I partner with senior leaders within a highly regulated global function to shape people strategy, scale teams, and create the visibility executives need to make better decisions. I build metrics, dashboards, and HR infrastructure that bring clarity to complex organizations and help leaders move from intuition to data-informed action.
Previously, I built a People function from the ground up for a growing organization, working directly with the CEO and leadership team. I designed and implemented onboarding, career paths, succession planning, compensation structures, and HRIS solutions, and I redesigned the candidate experience from interview to onboarding, significantly reducing recruiting costs while improving quality and retention.
Earlier in my career, I supported large employee populations and multi-country operations in shared-services and corporate environments. Those roles gave me a strong foundation in global HR operations, service delivery, mobility, analytics, and process improvement, and they shaped how I partner with leaders today: as a trusted advisor who can see both the big picture and the operational detail.
